Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Payroll Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with home health payroll experience or a strong payroll background who can thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our clinicians while supporting overall office operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in processing payroll for home health clinicians.
Review and reconcile visits, timesheets, and supporting documents.
Ensure all required documentation is complete prior to payroll submission.
Track and follow up on missing or incomplete payroll requirements.
Maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems.
Communicate with clinicians and office staff regarding payroll concerns.
Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience in home health payroll or general payroll preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
At least some college education preferred.
Willingness to learn and be trained.
Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.
