Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Payroll Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with home health payroll experience or a strong payroll background who can thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our clinicians while supporting overall office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing payroll for home health clinicians.
- Review and reconcile visits, timesheets, and supporting documents.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete prior to payroll submission.
- Track and follow up on missing or incomplete payroll requirements.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems.
- Communicate with clinicians and office staff regarding payroll concerns.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in home health payroll or general payroll preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- At least some college education preferred.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
- Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.
