ABOUT THE JOB:
We have an opening for a PER DIEM (field-based) California-Licensed Vocational Nurse to work as a home visiting nurse in South Bay and surrounding areas. We provide flexible and great assignments near your home. This opportunity is also open to a clinically experienced LVN who is a self-starter in home health. We welcome highly motivated and positive-minded nurses who are willing to pursue the appropriate training to hone your home health practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including Home Health or similar environment experience is preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with EMR systems (MyUnity experience is a plus).
CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:
- Active California LVN License.
- Current CPR.
- Driver’s License.
- Car Insurance.
- Social Security Number.
- Current Physical Exam and TB Test.
- Immunization Records (Flu, Hep B, TDAP, MMR and Varicella).
