IMMEDIATELY HIRING a fast and accurate Data Entry Clerk, full-time, in a home health company.

Self-starters in home health who are fast learners and highly trainable are welcome to apply! Willing to accept ENTRY LEVEL position.

We're looking for a self-starter who are willing to grow with the company from data encoder to an HR Assistant. This opportunity is ideal for people who have a good focus on details and can work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will also be trained in some HR functions and pulling out reports from the system.

Job Responsibilities of Data Entry/HR Assistant:

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Organize and maintain accurate employee records.
Work following privacy guidelines as dictated by CMS and Health Department.
Follow up and updates Nurses credentials.
File and organize binders per department.
Performing other related duties as needed.

Qualifications for Data Entry/HR Assistant:

High school diploma or equivalent degree is required.
Can type at least 45-50wpm with high accuracy is a MUST.
Exceptional knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong written and communication skills.
Experience working in data entry software or willing to be trained.
Experience maintaining a professional level of privacy in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant regulations.
Working knowledge of general office equipment.
Preferably speaks Tagalog language.
